How To: Install Your Download Player (Offline Mode)

Introduction

There are two different ways to install your Download Player (DLP). These are:

1. Online Mode;

   This is the normal way to install the DLP and is described in the How To: Install An Online DLP section.

2. Offline Mode;

   If you do not have an internet connection, we can send you DVDs in the post, which, when run on you computer, will install your DLP. This process is described in more detail below.

Offline Installation (Installation via CD/DVD)

Receiving your DLP installation on disc is only intended for people who do not have an internet connection. If you do have an internet connection, please follow the installation instructions in the How To: Install An Online DLP section of this website.

Note: These instructions presume that you have informed us that you have not got an internet connection and require install and media update discs to be sent out to you.
